Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed before 10AM(AEDT) will be processed the same day. Orders made after 10AM(AEDT) will be shipped the following business day.
Please note that during national/public holidays, launch collections, or sale events, processing and dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.
Duties and taxes are pre-paid at checkout. This means you won’t need to pay any additional fees upon delivery, and your order will arrive without delays caused by customs processing.

Once your parcel has departed from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Be sure to check your inbox for updates about your delivery. If you're not home when the delivery occurs, your parcel will be left in a secure location.
Please note that once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, occasional transit delays may occur due to carrier network delays and factors outside of our control.
If you purchase any items on pre-order, your package will not be shipped until all items are available. The expected dispatch date will be listed in the description of the pre-order item, but please note that these dates may change.
Keep in mind that if you request to cancel an order via email, we may not receive it before the order is shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, a return fee of $35 will apply, in addition to your original shipping costs.
