Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.  Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PDT) on business days will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PDT), or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that during national/public holidays, launch collections, or sale events, processing and dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

Taxes are pre-paid at checkout. This means you won’t need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME (Business Days)

STANDARD: 2- 5 days EXPRESS: 2 days OVERNIGHT: Order before 12:00 PM (PDT) for next business day delivery.  Free standard shipping on all orders over $199 USD.

Once your parcel has departed from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Be sure to check your inbox for updates about your delivery. If you're not home when the delivery occurs, your parcel will be left in a secure location.

Please note that once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, occasional transit delays may occur due to carrier network delays and factors outside of our control.

If you purchase any items on pre-order, your package will not be shipped until all items are available. The expected dispatch date will be listed in the description of the pre-order item, but please note that these dates may change.

Keep in mind that if you request to cancel an order via email, it does not guarantee that it will be received or actioned before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, it will be subject to our Returns Policy.
