HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ROGUE FITS?

Our washing directions are as follows! 

Please ensure: 
1. Wash garments inside out.
2. Do not tumble dry.
3. 30 degree machine wash.
4. Do not bleach.
5. Low iron if needed.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

Your order number can be found in your confirmation email. This will be emailed within 24 hours of your purchase.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Please be sure to check your junk folder as these emails may go directly to this folder. If you think you entered the incorrect email address at the checkout, please contact info@rogueszn.com and we will be able to update and resend this email for you.

I’VE ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

Unfortunately once an order has been finalised, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made to your order. If you urgently require a change we suggest you send send an email to info@rogueszn.com and we may be able to cancel the order so that you can repurchase the correct item(s).

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

If you have placed your order using the incorrect address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Please note we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made to your order.

I'VE RECEIVED ITEMS THAT I DID NOT ORDER

If you have received an item you did not order, the incorrect size or colour, please contact info@rogueszn.com including photos of the item(s) you have received, the name of the item you ordered and your order number.

I'M MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER

If you are missing an item from your order, please email us at info@rogueszn.com including a photo of all of the items you have received, the name of the item(s) you are missing, and your order number.

I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please send photos of the fault and a description immediately to info@rogueszn.com so that it can be resolved as soon as possible.

HOW DOES YOUR REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY WORK?

Please note, we do not accept returns or refunds. We do not accept exchanges on sale items.

Change of size and credit notes are available on items that have NOT been worn, marked or damaged. 

Swimwear must have the original hygiene sticker attached in order for your item to be accepted.

You must contact us within 7 days (for Australian customers) or 14 days (for international customers) from the original shipping date, to be eligible for an exchange.

Please note, ROGUE SEASON does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customers full responsibility.

New shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

WHICH CURRENCY DO I PAY IN?

You will be required to make payment in AUD. We display multiple currencies on the product page and home page so you can see how much it works out to be in your currency. All bank rates do differ though, so you will be charged in the most current exchange by your bank.
