HOW DOES YOUR REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY WORK?
- All orders must be returned within 14 days from the date received. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted, and will be returned at the cost of the customer.
- We offer exchanges on full priced RogueSeason items ONLY.
- We only accept one return per purchase, no change of mind will be accepted following the initial return.
- Items marked 'SALE' or purchased during a sale period with any discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All swimwear and clothing must be tried on wearing undergarments.
- RogueSeason garment bags must be returned with purchase.
- All items MUST be returned in their original condition with hygiene strips attached. If hygiene strips have been tampered with or removed, the return will be voided.
- We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered. Returns of soiled or tampered with items will be voided and are ineligible for a store credit or an exchange. Customers can choose to have soiled items returned to them at their own expense. All returns will be shipped via standard postage. (Duties and taxes will not be covered).
- All returns & exchanges via our portal incur a handling fee.
- Exchange orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from when your return is received. All exchange orders are shipped via standard postage. Please contact our customer service team if you require express shipping for your exchange order.
- Customers located in Germany and Indonesia will be required to purchase their own return labels.

You want to keep our goodies for life. Please ensure to:
- Washing garments inside out.
- Cold wash.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not bleach.
- Low iron if required.

WHAT IS A PRE ORDER?
A pre-order is an item that is currently out of stock but awaiting delivery from our manufacturers, that we have made available for early purchase. If you pre-order an item, it ensures you secure that item in advance; you won’t miss out. Please note that the estimated delivery date for pre-orders is an estimate only based on information from our manufacturers and shipping company.
I HAVE ORDERED AN IN STOCK & PRE ORDER ITEM - WILL I RECEIVE MY IN STOCK ITEM FIRST?
If you wish to receive your in-stock items immediately, please submit separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
Your order number can be found in your confirmation email. This will be emailed within 24 hours of your purchase.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Please be sure to check your spam folder as these emails may be sent here directly. If you think you entered the incorrect email address at the checkout, please contact info@rogueszn.com to receive an updated email.
I’VE ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Once an order has been finalised, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made to your order. However, if you email us before the order is shipped, there's still a chance! Send an email to info@rogueszn.com and we may be able to replace an item in your order. You will receive a response via email if your order has been replaced.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
If you have placed your order using the incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible via info@rogueszn.com. Please note we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made to your order.
I RECEIVED ITEMS THAT I DID NOT ORDER
If you have received the wrong item, incorrect size or colour, please email info@rogueszn.com your order number & photos of the item(s) you have incorrectly received.
