We're so excited to share that we're currently launching our US warehouse to provide faster shipping, quicker returns, and a much smoother shopping experience for all of our US and Canadian customers. 🤍

During this transition, we're offering returns to our new US warehouse before it officially goes live. This allows you to access the most affordable return rates while we prepare for launch.

Please note: During this transition period, only store credit is available for eligible returns. Once our US warehouse is fully operational, we'll share any updates to our exchanges returns process.

• We do not take responsibility for lost returns. 
• All return fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered or reimbursed.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

You will need your order number and postcode to submit your return. Once you submit your return, you will receive a postage label directly to your email. Attach the label securely to your postage bag.

Our team will process your store credit within 3 business days once returned, ensuring adherence to our Return Policy listed below. 

OUR RETURN POLICY 

• All orders must be returned within 14 days from the date received. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted, and will be returned at the cost of the customer. 
  
• Items marked 'SALE' or purchased during a sale period with any discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All swimwear and clothing must be tried on wearing undergarments.
• RogueSeason garment bags must be returned with purchase.
• All items MUST be returned in their original condition with hygiene strips attached. If hygiene strips have been tampered with or removed, the return will be voided.
• We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered. Returns of soiled or tampered with items will be voided and are ineligible for a store credit or an exchange. Customers can choose to have soiled items returned to them at their own expense. All returns will be shipped via standard postage. (Duties and taxes will not be covered).
• All returns via our portal incur a handling fee.
