If you are located in the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under applicable consumer protection laws.

By submitting these details to create a withdrawal form, you are notifying Rogue Season that you wish to withdraw from your purchase under applicable consumer protection laws.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund under the statutory right of withdrawal.
If your withdrawal request is submitted within 14 days of delivery, you may be entitled to:
• A refund of the returned products;
• A refund of the standard shipping charge paid at checkout.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Customers remain responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Please note that any duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees or government levies paid in connection with your order are non-refundable by Rogue Season. Customers may be able to seek a refund of such charges directly from the relevant customs or tax authority where permitted by local laws.
This statutory right applies only to customers located in the European Union, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein and does not affect any additional rights available under local consumer laws.
